The Runway Style Guarantee is; If you are not satisfied with your styling product within 4 weeks of purchase Redken will refund you the actual price paid in accordance with these terms and conditions.

To obtain your refund send your Name & Address along with a brief explanation of why you are dissatisfied with the result and send to: Redken MBG, P.O. Box 1080, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GW

Claims must include an original valid receipt showing your purchase from a professional salon with the unused portion of the Styling products you wish to claim your money back for (un-used portion must equate to at least ½ content capacity of the bottles)

  • The guarantee is applicable to UK, British Islands & Republic of Ireland residents only, excluding employees of L'Oréal (UK) Limited, participating hair salons owners and employees, and their immediate families, or anyone connected.
  • Submissions for refunds which do not include the items listed will be rejected. Photocopied, illegible or defaced receipts will not be accepted.
  • Submissions must be received on or before 31st January 2011 and forms received after that will be rejected.
  • Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed forms.
  • Refunds are only available for Redken Styling products purchased from a participating professional salon (list available on request).
  • Redken will refund the actual purchase price paid for a maximum of 3 products from the entire Redken Styling range, as evidenced by the receipt provided, by cheque.
  • Redken will be responsible for the postage cost of sending the refund to you, but you will be responsible for all other costs associated with the refund process.
  • Redken will use reasonable endeavours to provide refunds within 28 days of receipt of the items listed in above.
  • Only one refund is available per household.
  • This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
